Our Yoga and Pilates classes cater to all levels of experience, whether you are just starting out or have been practicing for years; we are here for you. Classes are designed to challenge, but not punish. We want you to leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and ready to take on whatever the day has to offer.
When it comes to your wellness, you deserve the best class timetable. That’s why we’re proud to offer you a diverse range of daily classes.
No matter what level of mobility, balance and strength you are working to attain, the variety on our class timetable has you covered.
We like to be accessible to everyone so whether you are seeking a consistent practice or something more casual, we have the pass for you!
Our crowd favourite option is our unlimited access, it is just $33 per week and provides unlimited classes to our full timetables at both Robina and Helensvale Studios.
Only want to come to one class a week, then we have you covered with our “One Class Weekly”. It gives you access to any 1 class each week for $17 per week and don’t worry if you miss a week you can catch it up the next.

Floating Lotus has an incredible team of resident Yoga and Pilates teachers. Our teachers have trained with some of the most skilled experts in their fields. Subsequently they are able to infuse our classes with amazing wisdom and functional knowledge.
