Samantha Hopper – With a passion for everything health, fitness and wellbeing Sam loves to share her passion and knowledge with as many people as she can. Sam has a great understanding of the spiritual and physical benefits of practicing yoga and exercise. Having practiced and studied yoga while living in Sydney, India, Los Angeles, Honduras, Mexico, Bali and Japan. Sam’s unique style of teaching is a blend of her favourite aspects learnt from around the globe.
Sam has been active in fitness her whole life and has been participating in yoga and pilates classes for over 10 years and instructing for the last 6 years. Sam has a certificate 3 & 4 in group fitness, certificate in female specific training, certificate in boxing for fitness and 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.
Sam loves to keep it real with the students in her class. Helping with technique and skill anywhere she can. Her classes are fun, dynamic and very beneficial. Sam is a mother of 2 young children which gives her a compassion and relatable personality to assist with pre and post natal mothers on their journeys back to health and wellness.
