Kat is passionate about the wellness industry and strives to make it accessible for everyone – every single person has their own journey and their own unique bodies and she believes that everything can be modified for the individual, and that there isn’t a one size fits all approach to movement. In her Yoga & Pilates classes she loves to teach how to focus on mindfulness, body and breath awareness, safe alignment, strength, movement control and flow, posture correction/healing, and practicing love, kindness, acceptance, non judgment and compassion to everyone, especially to yourself.

 

She is an avid learner and has completed many courses in the fitness industry – 350 hr Yoga Teacher Training, Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Fitness, Kids & Family Yoga, Seniors Yoga, Group Fitness & Personal Training, Punchfit Boxing, & Mat Pilates – and it won’t stop there! Many more are on the cards so her knowledge is always expanding and being refreshed.
