A teaching career that has spanned over 20yrs, Michelle’s classes are rich with detailed alignment and smooth flowing sequences to engage the whole body. With a passion for movement and deep inquiry into the relationship between mind, body and emotions, Michelle is dedicated to providing a space for students to feel and move deeply. Training with esteemed teachers in the industry including Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Tara Judelle and Duncan Peak, Michelle has been able to meld all that she has learned from her mentors and create a style that reflects her own yoga journey and the insights she has learned from the 1000’s of students who have been to her classes. Michelle teaches a combination of Vinyasa, Hatha, Therapeutics, Yin and Philosophy within her classes.
