Im a free spirit and consider myself a forever student constantly seeking more knowledge and have found a sweet spot in particular with the pelvic floor. My knowledge is an instrument i use to lull my students into their body and create an environment to cultivate a deeper relationship between their mind and body. With a background in naturopathy i love nature and find inspiration in mother earth. I also have a passion for conservation and am involved with sustainability/ conservation programs.
